Spending his entire life in Florida’s unique environment convinced Tim of the need for preservation in the midst of progress. Since age three, he has fished and spent countless hours on the water. He bought his own boat at age 12 to explore both fresh and saltwater environments. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies, Tim worked for the Department of Environmental Protection for 13 years where he worked within the permitting, compliance, and enforcement sections over 9 different Southwest Florida counties. He later moved on to the private sector to help the public through governmental regulations. Tim found himself representing clients that were abiding by permitting requirements he wrote himself years prior. He has a unique, holistic approach to helping his clients through diverse environmental challenges that both regulatory agencies and the public face every day.
